In the kitchen: {Lemond pudding}

Two weeks ago, the store was selling lemons by bags and I was craving the honey with lemon and tea the moment when I got them.  The lemon sat for a week long and I didn't get the chance to make the tea. My friend stopped by and suggested I freeze the zest and juice before they gone bad. Later on, I read this blog post I was attempting all week long until this afternoon we came home. The first thing I asked Stella if she would in charge of squeeze the fresh lemon juice out while I watched the stirring the pot. As you can see she got more juice out than what we needed. Then she made a pitcher of fresh lemonade for tonight. Um.. These pudding really taste delicious... try yourself!

  1. every thing with the word "pudding" sounds interesting to me... we have 3 lemon trees here, I must to try it!

    1. I hope you try some! I need more sugar.. I might need to get whipped cream tomorrow. xo

  2. I must try that recipe. I have two lemon trees that are laden with fruit and I am always looking for ways to use up the lemons. Thank you for sharing.
