Random: found

On my trip, I found these fabric. The last two photos are the vintage feedsack! I am just thrilled to found them! I will be able to use them for some fun project soon!  I love the feedsack texture! The woven fabric feels organic.

The IKEA fabric { the first photo} is very soft. This is my first attempt buying fabric from IKEA! I think I might need to visit again some other day. I got some children print and I think these will be great for making some new totes for S.

The small fat quarter pieces are actually vintage fabric that being cut. They actually came in different sizes, some are larger than the other ones. I love all the yellow prints that I found. This time I try to focus on small prints instead. I think these are going to be great for some of the paper piecing work that I tried earlier.

    1. Yay for IKEA fabric! I wish we were there longer. I wish to bring home some deco fabric, but S wants to move to the children section! I think that leaves me a good excuse to go back again.

    1. The IKEA fabric is actually pretty affordable! I paid two in $5.99 and two in $4.99 a yard for them. I was surprised their price is lower than the regular store fabric. Some of around $7.99 which still cheaper than the online fabric.
