Random: Weekending

Books, food, sewing, games, preparation.. weekend is all about being home buddy and rest well! Nothing like being home.  The fan is still running and helps air moving around.  S was busy with her games and reading while I was working on the hexie patchwork sewing.  It is always nice that we both occupied by our own projects, but share some thoughts and chat to each other.

Thank you for all the sweet comments on the {patchwork placemats}. Each patchwork piece measurement is around 4"x5". Each placemat finished at 11"x16".  I trimmed off the sides to get make the size.

Off some editing and hope to share the hexie patchwork project with you soon!

  2. Oh my goodness! Those hexes are too cute! I read the whole Laura Ingalls series to my daughter & we both loved them so much. Make sure to read "Farmer Boy" too. It's all about Almonso when he was a boy & actually ended up being one of our favorite from the whole series.
